Nicely designed hotel overall, is has exceptional service and perfect location in many many areas. The rooms are lovely little with a view, so that guests have essentials. The employees are all knowledgeable.

Couple seeking a nice stay
The staff were very good, especially Carolena, she was fantastic at reception.

Great location! Near train station, but not right on top of it. Florence is small, so you can walk nearly anywhere. Hotel was very clean and our room was huge! Ndy. Reception gave some great recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was typical of European hotel breakfast, but it was good. Loved this hotel!
No computer area to use, have to pay for internet daily. I agree with others that the rooms are a bit dark, but overall good.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station and all the major attractions. The breakfast was delicious and really helped kickstart our busy days of exploring with our teenagers.
My kids wished for a larger room with more storage options.
